Instructions:

1. Pour the saline solution into the Nettie sinus wash pot and blend with warm water.

2. Tilt your head and position Nettie's trunk (spout) into your upper nostril to create an airtight fit.

3. Lift the Nettie sinus wash pot and allow the saline mixture to wash from your upper nostril to your lower nostril.

4. When a steady flow is achieved, stop and blow your nose to clear out any remaining solution. Repeat steps for other nostril.
