Shipping & Handling
Currently, we offer free shipping and handling within the United States. International shipping costs are $2.50 for delivery in Canada, and 10% to 25% of your order total for other countries depending upon the shipping method you choose. The shipping costs will be calculated when you press the "SUMMARIZE ORDER" button. All orders are shipped through U. S. Postal Services First Class/Priority Mail. For customers who desire second day or overnight delivery, please contact us for shipping rates.
We will ship your order within 1~5 days after receiving your payment. If certain products are out of stock, we will backorder that products and notify you through e-mail.
Returns
If you need to return an item due to damage in shipping, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to inquire about returns. Customer will have the option to exchange, receive store credit, or get cash refund.
