Enzymes are Bio catalysts and act by eating away at the circulating immune complexes. (CIC’s)  There are two kinds of CIC’s in the body:

1.    Endogenous- belonging to the body

2.    exogenous- not belonging to the body

Enzymes eat away at just the CIC’s that the body does not need and leaves alone the endogenous (that belonging to the body).  For instance, Proteolytic enzymes go after exogenous scar tissue and not healthy tissue, because it is marked by the DNA of the mitochondria to do so.
